A system for determining completion parameters for a wellbore (102) includes a sensor (114) and a computing device (116). The sensor (114) can be positioned on the surface of a wellbore (102) to sense data before completing a completion step for the wellbore (102). The computing device (116) can receive the data (302), perform historical matching for simulation and production using sensor data and historical data (304), generate inferred data for them. completion parameters using historical data identified during history matching (306), predict stimulated area and production by entering the inferred data into a neural network model (308), determine parameters of completion for the wellbore (102) using Bayesian optimization on the stimulated area and output from the neural network model, profit maximization (310) and output the completion parameters to determine the decisions completion for the wellbore (312).
