A device with and elongate body or handle 4, having a head 20 spaced from one end by a neck 3. The head comprises at least two prongs, spikes, points, tines or protrusions 23, 25 extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the body. Preferably the first and second prongs are arranged with the first, proximal, prong attached to the neck and the second prong attached to the first prong on the opposite, distal side to the neck. A third prong 24 may be attached to the second prong distal to the neck such that the three prongs may be arranged in series. Preferably the second prong is shorter than the first and third prongs, which may extend inwards towards the second prong. The gap between the first and second prongs and the gap between the second and third prongs may be substantially equal. The head may incorporate a cut-out portion or notch 26 adjacent to the second prong.
