A ventilation enclosure 100 comprising first 101 and second inlets 102; an outlet 103 and a partition 104 dividing the enclosure into a first and second airflow paths 111, 112 respectively between the first and second inlets and the outlet. The partition comprises a flap 105 operable to: i) in a first position, allow airflow from both inlets to the outlet; ii) in a second position, block airflow between the first inlet and the outlet and allow air flow from the second inlet to the outlet and iii) in a third position, block airflow between the second inlet and the outlet and allow air flow from the first inlet to the outlet. The flap moves to the second or third position if airflow through the first or second inlets stops while airflow through the other inlet continues. The partition further comprises a baffle 106 from the outlet to the outlet end of the flap to prevent the flap remaining in the first position if one air inlet stops. A closed inlet minimises air losses if a redundant fan fails when cooling electronics.
