A seat back 1 for an aircraft seat comprises a body 2 comprising a support wall 3 for supporting a passenger leaning against the seat back, a cross brace 5 connecting first and second side walls 4a, 4b at a position between lower and upper ends 6a, 6b of each side wall, wherein the support wall, first and second side walls, and the cross brace are integrally formed. Preferably the cross brace is formed by a recess 10 in the support wall and comprises a forward-facing opening (5d, figure 1B) in the body. The cross brace may comprise aperture(s) 9a, 9b for access to an internal cavity (8). The cross brace may form the base of a literature pocket (21, figure 3A). The cross brace may comprise a receiver for receiving a table latch (19).
