Embodiments of the present invention provide a user equipment and a base station that may be used in a wireless communication system, or a method executed by a user equipment, a method executed by a base station. The user equipment in the embodiments of the present invention comprises: an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a basic sequence table, the basic sequence table comprising at least two sequences; a receiving unit, configured to receive sequence selection information related to an operation to be executed by the user equipment; and a control unit, configured to determine an operation sequence for the operation according to the basic sequence table and the sequence selection information.
