A nasal cavity nano autophagy inducer for preventing and treating early neurodegenerative diseases and a preparation method therefor, the inducer comprising small hydrophobic molecules having an autophagy induction function and amphiphilic surfactants, and the method comprising: first, preparing a good solvent solution, next, preparing a self-carrying carrier-free nanoparticle suspension emulsion by means of a reprecipitation method, and preparing freeze-dried powder by freeze-drying; and before use, resuspending the freeze-dried powder in an isotonic saline solution to obtain the inducer. The nasal cavity nano autophagy inducer, if administrated to the nasal cavity, can be absorbed by the mucosa of the olfactory area to reach and be concentrated in an olfactory-related area of the brain, has a special effect on alleviating the symptoms of olfactory disorders common to early neurodegenerative diseases, has a significant clearance effect on abnormal protein aggregation in the olfactory area and other diseased areas, and is of great significance to prevent further deterioration of neurodegenerative diseases such as early AD and PD. The inducer has no carrier, no biodegradation problems, and no accumulated toxicity, and has a drug loading rate of more than 25%.
