The present application belongs to the field of big data technology, and disclosed thereby is a data collection method, comprising: when a service data collection instruction is detected, obtaining the time of a last service data collection; comparing the time of the last service data collection to a current time to determine whether the current time meets a condition for missed service data collection; if so, determining service data to be collected on the basis of the time of the last service data collection and the current time, and collecting the service data to be collected. Further disclosed in the present application are a data collection device and equipment and a computer readable storage medium. In the data collection method proposed in the present application, upon determining that there is missed collection of service data, a one time collection of service data corresponding to the time period between the current time and the last service data collection time is carried out to avoid the missed collection of service data and also avoid multiple collections by a service personnel, thus improving the efficiency of service data collection.
