A top-mounted rack (100), for being placed on top of a screen-shaped object, comprising an anti-rolling means (110), at least one sliding block (120), a slide rail (130), and at least one object-holding unit (140). The anti-rolling means (110) is used for preventing the top-mounted rack (100) from rolling relative to the screen-shaped object. The slide rail (130) is provided on the top (113) of the anti-rolling means (110). The sliding block (120) is slidably provided on the slide rail (130) and is capable of sliding in a sliding direction over a sliding travel. The object-holding unit (140) is provided respectively on the sliding block (120). This allows the space atop the screen-shaped object to be utilized and allows the position of the object-holding unit (140) to be adjusted conveniently.
