帧格式的配置方法和装置

The present application provides a frame format configuration method and apparatus. The method comprises: a terminal device receives first configuration information from a base station, the first configuration information being used for indicating the sending timing of channel occupancy time (COT) indication information; and the terminal device monitors the COT indication information at the sending timing of the COT indication information, the COT indication information being used for indicating a COT frame format. The signal interference or missing detection of the terminal device to the COT indication information caused by poor quality of channel can be avoided by means of the sending timing of the COT indication information configured by the base station for the terminal device. Moreover, the power consumption of the terminal device for detecting the COT indication information is saved.
