Provided are a wind and wave complementary energy integration system based on a fixed foundation, and a power generation and transmission method therefor. The wind and wave complementary energy integration system based on a fixed foundation comprises a wind turbine (1), a tower (2), a wave energy device (3) and a single-pile foundation (4). The wind turbine (1) is connected to the tower (2). The single-pile foundation (4) is provided at the bottom of the tower (2). The single-pile foundation (4) is connected to the seabed. The wave energy device (3) is mounted on the tower (2) at a position near the surface of the sea. The system effectively increases the utilization rate of renewable resources and the conversion rate of energy, reduces the cost to some extent, and has a relatively high practicability.
