Problem to be solved: to provide a laser apparatus having an optical axis adjusting apparatus and an optical axis adjusting device capable of integration and miniaturization, and easy to adjust optical axis, and to use optical components.An optical axis adjusting device is provided with a lower plate and an upper plate which are mounted on a rotary shaft to form a hinge structure, which are mounted on an upper plate, reflecting a laser beam and reflected light, and an adjusting screw for moving an upper plate to adjust an interval between an upper plate and a lower plate, and a fixing screw for fixing an upper plate to a lower plate The upper plate is fixed with a fixed screw in the state where the optical axis of the reflected light is adjusted by changing the spacing by adjusting screws.The laser apparatus is provided with a plurality of optical axis adjusting devices, and after the optical axes of laser beams emitted from a plurality of optical elements are adjusted by respective optical axis adjusting devices, they are multiplexed and output as output lasers.Fig.2a
