PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer valve unit capable of easily realizing a fail-safe state when the mixer valve shows an abnormal state.SOLUTION: A mixer valve unit 20 of a certain preferred embodiment in this invention comprises a first introduction passage 42 for feeding first fluid becoming to show a high pressure in relative manner; a second introduction passage 44 for feeding second fluid becoming to show a low pressure in relative manner; a mixer valve 30 having a mixing chamber for communicating with the first introduction passage 42 and the second introduction passage 44 and capable of adjusting a mixture ratio between the first fluid and the second fluid; a lead-out passage 46 communicated with the mixing chamber to lead out the mixed fluid; a bypass passage 48 for communicating the second introduction passage 44 with the lead-out passage 46 while bypassing the mixing chamber; and a bypass valve 32 for opening or closing the bypass passage 48 by detecting a differential pressure between the first fluid and the second fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
