Provided is a power transmission unit capable of suppressing radiation noise caused by a common mode current. The power transmission unit detects an AC power supply, a power transmission element that is connected to the AC power supply, is supplied with AC power from the AC power supply, supplies the AC power to the power receiving element in a non-contact manner, and detects a value related to a common mode current flowing through the power transmission element. It includes a current detector and a control device that controls the AC power supply. The control device controls AC power supplied from the AC power supply to the power transmitting element based on a value related to the common mode current detected by the current detector.
