A multi-use biosensor, comprising an enzyme modified to reduce solubility. Multi-use biosensors are used for the detection of analytes in biological fluid samples, where the biosensor maintains the activity of the enzyme after multiple uses. Also included are multi-sensor arrays containing multiple biosensors, methods of making and using these devices.
