The present invention relates to a device (1) electrically conductive, transparent or semi-transparent, comprising: - a base substrate (11); an electroconductive layer (12) formed of at least one percolating network of metal nanowires, and having a transmittance, over the entire visible spectrum, or even over the entire visible and near-infrared spectrum, of at least 70%; ; an antireflection layer (13) based on mesoporous and / or microporous silica nanoparticles, and contact resumption electrodes (21). It also relates to a method for preparing such a device, as well as a heating, demisting and / or deicing system incorporating such a device.
