To provide a system, a method and a composition for predicting a treatment result of a patient under cancer immunotherapy, and for measuring antigen proliferation to identify a prospective target for the cancer immunotherapy.SOLUTION: A cancer patient's response is predicted with respect to cell antigen-specific active immunotherapy (CASAI), by measuring a reactive reference antibody level against one or plural predetermined non-target biomarker antigens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
