PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evidence collection method having excellent evidence collection properties during evidence collection and capable of easily peeling off articles of evidence from an adhesive layer.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an evidence collection method in which an articles of evidence are affixed to an adhesive layer of an evidence collecting sheet obtained by providing an energy beam curable adhesive layer on a substrate, the adhesive layer after the articles of evidence are affixed thereto are irradiated with energy beams, and the articles of evidence are peeled off from the adhesive layer after being irradiated with the energy beams.
