The clamping device (10) for bone-in limb meat according to one embodiment comprises: a pair of clamp strips (12) for holding bone-in limb meat; a support part (14) for supporting the pair of clamp strips at the base of each clamp strip so as to allow the pair of clamp strips to be opened and closed; and rotation inhibition parts (16) that are provided along a direction perpendicular to a plane including a direction in which the pair of clamp strips is opened and closed, that protrude from surfaces of the pair of clamp strips, and that are for inhibiting the rotation of the bone-in limb meat, wherein the pair of clamp strips each have a tip portion (18) that is located closer to a center line between the pair of clamp strips than is the rotation inhibition part, and that is located further from the support part than is the rotation inhibition part in a direction along the center line, when the pair of clamp strips is in an open state.
