An electrical energy production system is proposed comprising a mast intended to be anchored to the ground, at least one solar panel fixed by its edges in an orientable frame to form a flat surface and a means of orienting said frame to point said ones. panels in a determined direction, said orientation means comprises a base rotating around the vertical mast using a first actuator, the frame being pivotally mounted on the rotary base, said frame comprising an endless screw animated in rotation by a second actuator, the worm being provided with a nut secured by a pivot at one end of a connecting rod, the other end of said connecting rod being pivotally mounted on the rotary base, the displacement of the nut along of the worm by the rotation of the second actuator varying the inclination of the frame. In this way, the elements for orienting the solar panels are more compact and offer little wind resistance.
