This apparatus (11) for thermal regulation of a water network (10) of a building, comprises: - a first air circuit (12) comprising an air inlet and an outlet, a first air heat exchanger / water (28) and a second air / refrigerant heat exchanger (30); - a second water circuit (14) comprising a water inlet and outlet, a third water / refrigerant heat exchanger (36), and a valve (42) connecting the water inlet to two branches (44, 46) connected to the third exchanger (36), the water inlet and outlet being adapted to be connected to said water network (10 ); and- a heat pump (16) comprising a third circuit (48) of closed refrigerant and connecting the second exchanger (30) and the third exchanger (36), and a first pressure reducer, the third circuit (48) comprising a valve cycle inversion (54).
