The Relevancy of CPI Bias and Engel s Coefficient Abnormity

摘要

从数据、恩格尔规律分类和估计等方面对CPI偏差进行研究表明:恩格尔定理的表现在我国呈现横向和纵向上差异;食品对非食品价格快速上涨引起的恩格尔系数上涨效应高于消费支出增加对恩格尔系数的下降效应,最终导致恩格尔系数在2007年出现反弹;CPI统计权重调整应综合考虑相对价格变动和消费支出变动对食品支出的影响;由于食品对非食品的相对价格上涨过快,城市统计数据在2004和2007年存在CPI偏差;2007年,居民没有享受到与增长一致的福利增长。We improved the estimation of CPI bias through data and clustering and estimating.We got several finds:Engel s law shows differently by areas and times;we find that the key reason of the rebound of Engel s coefficient in 2007 is the high food price index;we got a rule of weighting food in CPI statistics;we discovered the CPI bias in 2004 and 2007,and explained it by the food-non food price index;we analyzed the welfare from 2000 to 2007,found no extra welfare in 2007.
