This legal research entitled, “problems making of the region regulation in the regional authonomy in Regency Badung (Case Study the Repeal of The Local Regulations Regency Badung number 13/2010 on Retribution Reimbursement of the Cost of Print Id Card and Civil Registries)”. Based on the publication of the legislation by interior ministry , there are 3.143 bylaws undone by interior minister and / or governor as representatives of the central government.
