This project includes a system of registration and consultation of equipment andmaterials at the Laboratory of Electronics at the Salesian Polytechnic UniversitySouth Campus, to accelerate the delivery of materials and equipment in each of thepractices carried out in laboratories.The proposed system will replace the current, which consists of registration ofmaterials and equipment through a blog, this service when everyday needs to bestreamlined.The implemented system has the main axis a service which orders, requests andreports wirelessly to devices that are linked to it.The system is composed of: software installed on the computer Administrator wherethe main data will be processed and will have two modules together. The firstmodule uses a smartphone with Android operating system and an application thatregisters the student, equipment and materials used. The second module consists ofan Arduino board whose function is to supply information to students of fines andpending applications.The system has some standalone instances with different screens, different mode ofuse, but always user friendly no matter what activity will be developed.
