Este trabajo pretende describir y analizar las transformaciones que se han producido en la actividad docente e investigativa desde la perspectiva de la experiencia de algunos profesores, a partir de la inclusión de prácticas de formación basadas en investigación,uden la carrera de sociología de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. La labor se adelanta con base en el análisis documental de las políticas institucionales en el tema, suudaplicación al plan de estudios de sociología con énfasis en tres asignaturas correspondientes al componente metodológico, las cuales son sometidas a un examenuden profundidad por medio de entrevistas a profesores y estudiantes, la observación a algunas clases para describir los procesos, sus métodos y modos de organización, queudmodifican la concepción de la docencia, de la investigación y de las prácticas de enseñanza en quienes tienen a cargo esas materias de formación. El texto brinda un retrato de los procesos formativos que pretenden construir puentes entre la investigación y la docencia, entre la teoría y la práctica, con diversos dispositivos y prácticas talesudcomo el taller, los laboratorios y la reflexión sobre los procesos de construcción de la ciencia. Concluye que en las asignaturas estudiadas se han comenzado a transmutar lasudconcepciones de docencia e investigación en algunos profesores. En ellos, la docencia se transforma al superar la transmisión de contenidos, hacia un proceso que pretende la traducción de teorías a un contexto específico y la construcción de conocimientos por medio de la enseñanza y reflexión, tanto de los procesos como de las implicaciones yudalcances de la aplicación de una teoría. Por su parte la investigación, se modifica en cuanto a que se adapta a la realidad colombiana, abriendo perspectivas en la resoluciónudde problemas y la inclusión de los jóvenes en las comunidades científicas. / Abstract. This work pretends to describe and analyze the transformations that had been produced in the teaching activity and investigation since the perspective of the experience of some professors, since the inclusion of formation practices based on the investigation on the sociology career of the National University of Colombia. The work is advanced in base ofudthe documental analysis of the institutional politics in the subject. The application of the studies plan of Sociology with emphasis in three correspondent subjects to the methodological component, which are someted to a profundity analysis by means to interviews to professors and students, the observation to some classes to describe the processes, its methods and ways of organization ,that modify the conception of the decency, of the investigation and of the practices of teaching in who have charge theseudsubjects of formation .The text give a picture of the formative processes that pretend to construct bridges between the docency and the investigation ,in the theory and the practice, with several dispositives and practices such workshop, laboratories and the thinking of the processes of construction of the science. We conclude that in the subjects studied we have been beginning to transmutate the conception of docency and investigation in many teachers. In they, the decency is transformed to superate the transmission of contains, to a process that pretends the translations of theories in a specific context and the construction of knowledges by means of the teaching and thinking even of the processes as the implications and goals of the application of a theory By its part the investigation, is modified because is adapted to the Colombian reality, open perspectives and in the solution of problems and the inclusion of the young people in the scientific communities.
