This paper is a study to develop a new tool that enables multiple participants to co-create an idea and user scenario with the dialogue, and the effect is verified. This tool supports the creation of new ideas to make use of the chance of turning the card, and allows you to associate a variety of situations that it reclassifies as four types of cards.　You can make a lively brainstorming within a team by using this tool.
