Abstract. - The new adjustments of the Office of Niger irrigated network have permitted to improve the management of water. The Malian State is providing for important extensions and some problems have to be recall. Wastes are still excessive and the management system seems imperfect. Some uses and users have been neglected : the quality of domestic water is bad, the pastoral use has not been considered for a long time.
