Abstract：The purpose of the this research is verifying the result of required subject " the education and the traditionalculture introduction in Japan " which installed mainly a tea ceremony.The education of a tradition and the culture"associates" with "human resources" deeply.The human resources" is an attractiveness as the human being who has arich experience and culture.The position has a tradition and a culture experience in Japan in the basis of " the humanresources".The human resources" is improved because it enriches " the education of the tradition and the culture ".Senno Rikyuu still the most revered figure in the history of the tea ceremony,or cha-no-yu,coined the term Wa-Kei-Sei-Jaku（Harmony,Respect,Purity,Tranquility）to define the principles of Chadou,the“Way of Tea”.Cha-no-yu is not aboutextravagance or ostentation.Perhaps the essence of the Way of Tea is in its imaginative expression of respect for guests.I did the device which takes Rikyuu27s thought in case of lecturing.It verified the result of the device by the commentabout the student.
