Abstract：The aim of this paper is practice and the subject of faculty cooperation the careereducation and career support in universities. In this report, K University that is taken as casestudy has been promoting the systematization of career education and career support on a trialbasis from 2011. The author has been involved in both of career education and career supportin this university from the beginning. This practice of this time, it implements the facultycooperation in career education and career support, it seems to be effective for students whocareer consciousness is low. Challenging for the future is the establishment of a support system forstudents who are seen decreased motivation for learning from the first year.
