KEEFEKTIFAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERPIKIR INDUKTIF YANG BERORIENTASI KECERDASAN NATURALIS MELALUI MEDIA FOTO JURNALISTIK BERDASARKAN ANALISIS JENIS, BENTUK, DAN PENGGUNAAN KOSAKATA DALAM PUISI INDONESIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI PADA SISWA SMAN 1 GARUTud(Studi Eksperimen Kuasi pada Siswa Kelas XII SMAN 1 Garut)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa SMAN 1 Garut.udPenelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi terhadap siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Garut sebanyak 60 orang siswa. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui pengumpulan tes tertulis membuat puisi, lembar observasi yang berisikan tentang aktivitas siswa dan guru selama proses pembelajaran, dan skala sikap untuk memperoleh tanggapan terhadap proses pembelajaran.udSetelah dilakukan analisis terhadap data penelitian penggunaan model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik, diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan menulis puisi pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan siswa kelas kontrol. Perbedaan peningkatan yang diperoleh dapat terlihat dari perbedaan N-gain dari kedua kelas. Untuk kelas kontrol skor rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,21 dan untuk skor rata-rata N-gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,51. Tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik sangat positif. Siswa berpendapat bahwa model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik dapat mempermudah siswa mencari dan mengembangkan ide melalui imajinasinya untuk melahirkan sebuah hasil karya puisi yang imajinatif. Dengan pertimbangan tersebut, penulis menyarankan sebaiknya model pembelajaran berpikir induktif yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan naturalis melalui media foto jurnalistik digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar (kemampuan menulis puisi) siswa secara signifikan.udKata kunci: model berpikir induktif, kecerdasan naturalis, foto jurnalistikudThe purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of inductive thinking learning model oriented naturalist intelligence through the medium of photojournalism in improving students' ability to write poetry at SMAN 1 Garut.ududThis study used a quasi-experimental method to 60 students of class XII SMAN 1 Garut. The research data was collected through a poetry written tests, observation sheet which contains the activities of students and teachers during the learning process, and attitude scale to obtain responses to the learning process.ududAfter analyzing the research data, the use of inductive thinking learning model oriented naturalist intelligence through the medium of photojournalism, showed that there was the difference in improvement in the ability to write poetry in the experimental class than the control class. The difference in improvement can be seen from the differences in the N-gain of the both class. The N-Gain average score of the control class is 0.21 and the experimental class is 0.51. The student’s responses about the learning of writing poetry with the inductive thinking learning model oriented naturalist intelligence through the medium of photojournalism is very positive. Students believes that the inductive thinking learning model oriented naturalist intelligence through the medium of photojournalism can facilitate students to find and develop ideas through imagination to produce the imaginative poetry. Therefore, the authors suggest that inductive thinking learning model oriented naturalist intelligence through the medium of photojournalism should be used in learning of writing poetry in order to improve the learning outcomes (ability of writing poetry) students significantly.ududKey word: inductive thinking learning model, naturalist intelligence, photojournalism
