A review of construction of the James E. Clyburn University Transportation Center and Transportation Center program expenditures

The LAC conducted a review of the James E. Clyburn University Transportation Center. Objectives for this report were to: Determine how grant funds associated with the transportation center were expended and whether they were expended in accordance with the grant objectives, federal policy, and state law. Examine the impact of the loss of the designation as a Tier I transportation center on the funding of programs at the center. Determine how funds for the construction of the transportation center were expended and if they were expended in accordance with federal and state requirements.
