Access to knowledge free and free of charge for everyone? Isn’t this reality anyway, when we use web search engines like Google? The amount of web pages indexed by Google, Yahoo and MSN is growing exponentially, Google, e.g., has indexed tens of billions of web pages. Why should we be engaged with phenomena and developments in knowledge management, since web search engines like Google are developed with huge efforts in order to facilitate searching and match the search results more exactly to the supposed needs of the users?
