This paper, through an analysis of published material in some repositories and databases representative of Spain, Portugal and Latin American countries, and identification of content and communication spaces that from the Ibero-American context are being provided by the Web 1.0 and 2.0 tools concerning Information Literacy -INFOLIT-, presents an approach to how it has developed this theme and practice of INFOLIT inIbero-America and, in turn, advances and perspectives, to follow and afford.
