Today there is much more electronic records production in private organizations udand government institutions in comparison with past. Increasing number of udelectronic records production leads to an obligation to control records with some udarrangement approaches having theoretical base. At the same time, electronic udrecords must be managed according to standards having international udaccreditation. In this study, after examining information-knowledge management udand records management; some information about projects in information and udrecords arrangement and processing with electronic base in Turkey are given. udStudy is concluded with principles and suggestions related to information and udrecords system design.
