Proceso de aprobación de planos en la Entidad Colaboradora de Pichincha CAE-P de viviendas unifamiliares menores a 500 metros cuadrados de construcción

This thesis project provides information on the procedures needed to obtain the approval of design studies at the “Entidad Colaboradora de Pichincha CAE-P” for dwellings under 500m2. The studies discuss the different steps involved in the development of a housing construction project, starting from the negotiation of land up to the presentation of the documents at the aforemetioned office, to obtain the certificates of conformity in architectural and engineering designs. The procedures and information presented in this document follows the regulations and law requirements issued by the Municipality of Quito and the minimum construction standards that are adopted in Ecuador. As a result of this work, a manual based on experiences of certain constructors, salesman in the field of construction and personel from the office in charge of the approval of the blueprints, covering the current regulations on the country is developed.
