El siguiente artículo tiene por objeto analizar, a partir de un fallo reciente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación, cual es el alcance de la frase “cobertura integral de las prestaciones de salud en caso de discapacidad” y que parámetro deben utilizar los prestatarios públicos y privados al momento de otorgar las mismas. The following article is intended to analyze, from a recent ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, what is the scope of the phrase "comprehensive coverage of health benefits in case of disability" and what parameter should be used by public and private borrowers at the time of granting them.
