In this Paper we will try to analyze theudcommunication and functioning of tripartities socialuddialogue, or Economic Social Council in Republic ofudMacedona in the period of 1997 – 2012 fromudpractical aspect. Also, we would like to reserch theudefects, functions and meaning of the tripartities socialuddilaogue between Government, Trade Union andudAssotiation of Employer as a very importantudassumption for building of a social harmony andudindustrial peace in every democratic society.udIn this context, we will try to analyze theudimpact of internal and external factors of the efectiveudfunctioning of the tripartities social dialogue, orudEconomic Social Council.udThe basic assumption from which we startedudin our reseraching was that the Economic SocialudCouncil can to contrbuted for social dialogue inudRepublic of Macedonia only if he producedudaccording attitudes of the social parthners in theudprocess of the making decision of Laws fromudeconomic-social spheres.udAs relevant assumptions which will beudanalized are: national legal framework, representationudof the social partners, capacity of bargaining,udorganization and tehnical condition.udAs external assumption we will analizedudonly ideology of the government (left or rightudideology of the Government.udKey words: Tripartism, Economic socialudcouncil, Collective Bargaining, communication,udsocial dialogue, social peace,
