The purpose in the Annual Quality Plan is to improve customer satisfaction in harmony with the emphasis on high priority themes of the RPA and Forest Plan implementation during the next fiscal year. The Annual Quality Plan focuses quality improvement to ensure that the quality process moves forward and that there is a plan for managing change.
