Review of the Tax Systems Modernization of the Internal Revenue Service

摘要

This is the final report of the Computer Science and Telecommunications Board (CSTB) on its review of the Tax Systems Modernization (TSM) program of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The IRS asked the NRC to conduct this review for the purpose of providing an independent evaluation of the feasibility of the IRS's accomplishing its TSM program, taking into account both technical and management issues.
