Audit of the Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Grants Awarded to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

The Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, Audit Division, completed an audit of three Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention grants awarded to the national headquarters of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The purpose of our audit was to determine whether the reimbursements claimed for costs under the grants were allowable, supported, and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the terms and conditions of the grants. We also evaluated program performance to determine whether the goals and objectives of the grants were met, as well as the grant-funded programs overall accomplishments.
