Wastewater Reuse for Irrigation of Sugarcane in Cali Region, Colombia.

摘要

Wastewater reuse is the process of treating wastewater for beneficial uses, its transportation to the place of use and its actual use. Reuse of wastewater is a way to minimize depletion and contamination of natural water sources, by reintroducing (partly treated) wastewater as an alternative water resource. This project focuses on direct reuse for irrigation of sugarcane.
