Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District, Hamilton City Pumping Plant Fish ScreenImprovement Project. Concept Design Study. Executive Summary

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) initiated a Concept Study for improvingthe fish screen performance at the Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District (GCID) Hamilton City Pumping Plant (HCPP). This executive summary is intended to provide the reader with a short synopsis of the Reclamation concept study, and major facilities which have been selected to be included in final design (Appendix A). This summary also includes the following additional information for the selected facilities: (1) the design criteria (Appendix B), (2) the operation and maintenance (O&M) requirements (Appendix C), and (3) status of the physical and mathematical model studies (Appendix D).
