Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Primary Care Clinic Reviews at VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver, Colorado.

The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected patient care activities to determine whether the community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) and primary care clinics (PCCs) provide safe, consistent, and high-quality health care for our veterans. We conducted site visits during the week of January 13, 2014, at the following CBOCs, which are under the oversight of the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System and Veterans Integrated Service Network 19: La Junta CBOC, La Junta, CO; and Lamar CBOC, Lamar, CO.
