The report describes strategies for using the Financial Evaluation of Ecosystem211u001eManagement Activities (FEEMA) softwae. This program was developed as a tool for 211u001eassessing the financial viability of management activities for removing small 211u001etrees for manufacture into wood products. Combinations of tree stands, management 211u001eactivities, and contractual requirements can be ranked along a continuum from 211u001eactions that are unlikely to pay for themselves under any economic conditions to 211u001ethose that are likely to cover their implementation costs.
