This report responds to your request that we (1) identify those Defense long-faul211u001etelecommunications networks operating outside of the common-user DISN, (2) 211u001eevaluate the Department of Defense's progress in implementing its policies for 211u001emanaging DISN, and (3) evaluate Defense's progress in Developing performance 211u001emeasures for DISN, which Defense agreed to do in response to our previous review 211u001eof the DISN program.
