The Pre-Service Training (PST) is probably the central event in the professionallife of a Language Coordinator. This section focuses on the issues involved in organizing and carrying out the PST. Many of the important preparatory steps for this processs (curriculum development, materials development, recruiting, hiring and training teachers) are dealt with in other sections of this resource kit and will not be discussed here.
