Environmental Technology Verification Report: Soil Sampler, Art's Manufacturing and Supply, AMS (Trade Name) DuaL Tube Liner Sampler

This document summarizes the results of a demonstration of the AMS (TM) Dual Tube Liner Sample. In 1997, EPA conducted a field test of the AMS (TM) Dual Tube Liner Sampler. The performance of this system was compared to a reference subsurface soil sampling method (hollow-stem auger drilling and split-spoon sampling) in terms of the following parameters: sample recovery, VOC concentrations in recovered samples, sample integrity, reliability and throughput, and cost. Data quality indicators for precision, accuracy, representativeness of the data.
