This investigation results from the USTR that the Commission provide the USTR211u001ewith a report on developments in the dometic broom corn broom industry, including 211u001eefforts of workers and firms in the industry to make a positive adjustment to 211u001eimport competition, since November 28, 1996, when the President, pursuant to 211u001esection 203 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2253), issued Proclamation 6961, 211u001etemporarily increasing duties on imports of certain types of broom corn brooms.
