Benchmarking of the Production Technology and Management of Russian Construction211 and Construction Material Companies

摘要

The aim of this study was to find out the overall performance level of Russian211u001econstruction companies and construction material manufacturers comparing with 211u001eScandinavian level. The scope of the study focuses on performance both in 211u001emanagement and in production processes. The main aspects in production are 211u001eresources, methods and skills. The management part has been divided into four 211u001ephases: planning, execution/control, results and improvement of the operations.
