On the basis of the record developed in the subject investigation, the United211u001eStates International Trade Commission determines, pursuant to section 735(b) of 211u001ethe Tariff Act of 1930, that an industry in the United States is materially 211u001einjured by reason of imports from Japan of certain hot-rolled steel products, 211u001eprovided for in headings 7208, 7210, 7211, 7212, 7225, and 7226 of the Harmonized 211u001eTariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the Department of 211u001eCommerce to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The 211u001eCommission finds that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to subject 211u001eimports from Japan.
