This decision document presents the amended Report of Decision (ROD Amendment)211u001efor the second operable unit (OU2) for the Petro-Chemical Systems, Inc. (aka 211u001eTurtle Bayou) site (the site) in Liberty County, Texas. Within this ROD 211u001eAmendment, EPA is narrowing the site boundary from approximately 500 acres to 211u001einclude only the contaminated portions of property (and all suitable property in 211u001every close proximity to the contamination necessary for implementation of the 211u001eremedial design and remedial action). This redefinition of the site boundary is 211u001ebased upon several years of field investigations and contamination data which has 211u001ebeen gathered since the site boundary was originally defined.
